Carmen Stewart
As Vice President of Asset Management for Swilcan Multifamily Capital, Carmen is responsible for day to day operations of each investment as well as supporting and advising the property managers. Carmen has been with Reed Real Estate Investments and its affiliate company Oakbrook Management since 2020. Carmen began her career as a property manager for the first asset we acquired, The Lodge at River Village. Through hard work and dedication Carmen has grown into her current role. Carmen has an illustrious property management career spanning 21 years where she has worked for Crawford Hoyne, Fleetwood Management, Monarch Investment & Management, and Banyon Living. Carmen attended Columbia Southern University and is a notary for the State of Ohio. Additionally, she is in the process of obtaining her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.
