Our principals have over 50 years of collective institutional experience investing in and managing multifamily properties across the United States.
Greg Reed
Greg Reed is the Founder & Managing Principal for Swilcan Multifamily Capital. Greg has more than 30 years of real estate investment sales, financing and advisory management experience, having successfully completed more than $1.75 billion in transactions. Greg is also the Managing Partner of our affiliate companies Reed Real Estate Partners, a real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sale of multifamily assets, and Oakbrook Management, the property management and leasing firm. Prior to his current roles, Greg was Managing Partner of Midwest Real Estate Partners. Previous to that he served as Senior Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Investment Banking Group specializing in investment sales and financings, as well as Senior Vice President of the Columbus Office for The Galbreath Company and portfolio manager of real estate for School Employees Retirement System of Ohio. Greg is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he was a member of The Ohio State Marching Band..
Sean Reed
As Vice President of Operations of Swilcan Multifamily Capital, Sean is primarily responsible for overseeing the macro operations of each investment asset. Sean has also been a licensed real estate advisor with our affiliate company, Reed Real Estate Partners, since May 2010 specializing in multifamily investment sales, financing and asset management. Sean Reed attended Ashland University where he played Varsity Golf.
Connor Reed
As Vice President of Investments for Swilcan Multifamily Capital, Connor responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities and procuring equity and debt for each investment. Prior to joining Swilican, Connor was an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking with Berkadia where he specialized in multifamily lending. During his time there he assisted in the financing of more than $4 billion in loan proceeds. Prior to Berkadia, Connor worked as an agency underwriter for Bellwether RealEstate. Connor is a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance.
Donna Sariwatta
As Vice President of Accounting for Swilcan Multifamily Capital, Donna is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic financial planning. Donna has been with Reed Real Estate Company and its affiliate company Oakbrook Management since 2008. Donna received her undergraduate degree from Marshall University, her Masters in Accounting from The Ohio State University and received her CPA license in 2011.
Carmen Stewart
As Vice President of Asset Management for Swilcan Multifamily Capital, Carmen is responsible for day to day operations of each investment as well as supporting and advising the property managers. Carmen has been with Reed Real Estate Investments and its affiliate company Oakbrook Management since 2020. Carmen began her career as a property manager for the first asset we acquired, The Lodge at River Village. Through hard work and dedication Carmen has grown into her current role. Carmen has an illustrious property management career spanning 21 years where she has worked for Crawford Hoyne, Fleetwood Management, Monarch Investment & Management, and Banyon Living. Carmen attended Columbia Southern University and is a notary for the State of Ohio. Additionally, she is in the process of obtaining her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.
